Dark Clouds Approaching (Version Two)

Acrylic painting and collage, 32" x 20". This version was created by doing an image transfer over one of my previous collages. When I removed the paper backing it created holes and gaps, losing most of the image. I painted over this damaged surface leaving some of the destruction to show through. This painting was based on a photo taken by my friend and photographer, David Webb.
